This jewelry box was found buried in a vegetable garden next to an old abandoned homestead. It was buried four feet deep and was wrapped in burlap sacks. We were amazed at the great condition that the box and contents were found in. The treasure was in the ground for over fifty years. In the very same hole we also found a pistol and some other items. To add more mystery to this we also found a map to another cache located two states away! Finds like this one are valuable and exciting! |
